Job Description
- Serve as the owner for business process standardization, integration, training & implementation
- Take lead of regional sales admin team to continue the development of working process and find a better way to measure and improve Team effectiveness
- Build effective communication on operation policy with customers & sales to ensure complete implementation
- Coordinate and support region to complete routine process lifecycle, e.g. sales forecast preparation with sales team, goods return and exchange, due diligence application & check, dealer’s agreement & authorization management etc.
- Support commercial team, work with CSR team to make order process smooth, help the team to conduct order status tracking
- Customer information management including new creation, adjustment, renew file and all the data maintain in the system (MDM/BPM/VAT)
- Raise daily order report and ad hoc report requests and analytics
- Carry out other projects or tasks assigned by manager & Support other tasks as needed
