Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Coordinate orientation sessions and assist in the preparation of onboarding materials.
Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documentation.
Benefits Administration: Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
Collaborate with employees to address benefit-related questions and resolve issues.
Payroll: Process and administer bi-weekly or monthly payroll for employees.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data.
Address payroll-related queries and assist employees in understanding payroll processes.
Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Talent Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of employee training programs.
Identify opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in HR, recruitment, and payroll administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiarity with HRIS systems.
