Our Group is expanding and we are looking for a Senior Bartender with minimum 3 years of experience in supporting our Bar Manager to run our Bar.
Job Description
1. Engage customers and, create new recipes and prep works according to the set SOP
2. Prepare and run daily operations of the bar by ensuring stocks, hygiene and quality consistently
3. Work with Bartender, Bar Manager and the Service Team to ensure sales target achievement and positive customers' reviews
Requirements
1. Proven track record as a Senior Bartender for at least 3 years
2. Energetic, dynamic, cheerful and engaging with good social skills
3. Independent and creative in term of creating and improving the bar products
4. Has impressive knowledge on classic and creative cocktails
