About the opportunity
We're looking for a Senior People & Culture Advisor to support people leaders across T&G Fresh, our domestic fresh produce business. Reporting to the Head of HR (T&G Fresh), this is a fast-paced and varied HR role partnering with an operational portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver operational HR activities across employee relations and generalist advisory
- Provide HR expertise and coaching to our people leaders
- Prepare employment documentation
- Create and deliver content for culture and capability programmes
- Support collective bargaining, remuneration reviews, organisational change processes and other projects
