About the opportunity

We're looking for a Senior People & Culture Advisor to support people leaders across T&G Fresh, our domestic fresh produce business. Reporting to the Head of HR (T&G Fresh), this is a fast-paced and varied HR role partnering with an operational portfolio.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Deliver operational HR activities across employee relations and generalist advisory
  • Provide HR expertise and coaching to our people leaders
  • Prepare employment documentation
  • Create and deliver content for culture and capability programmes
  • Support collective bargaining, remuneration reviews, organisational change processes and other projects

  • 3+ years' generalist HR experience
  • Confident and resourceful, with a solution focus

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders
  • Commercial approach and a practical, pragmatic style
